QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN

Commitment: Full Time (8:00 AM-5:00 PM, M-F) 

Job Summary

  • The Quality Control Technician is responsible for all repair, setup and maintenance on instruments that enter and exit the Framus & Warwick Music USA Distribution Center, ensuring that all product is consistent and acceptable in the current market climate.

Essential Functions & Daily Duties

  • Responsible for documenting and analyzing any incoming instrument shipments for damages or irregularities. This includes separating issues into three main categories: Cosmetic, Functional and Playability.

  • Responsible for accurate and timely repairs and setups.

  • Responsible to help maintain the Quality Control processes, procedures and standards.

  • Responsible for accurately picking instruments from our  inventory to prep for shipment.
