Commitment: Full Time (8:00 AM-5:00 PM, M-F) 

Experienced Sales Administrative Assistant needed who is a team player and excited about growing with us. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, be extremely organized, able to work independently, and be a self-starter. Must be computer and internet savvy. Very important to be proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Bookkeeping experiences a must. Duties also to include but not limited to maintaining accurate CRM and QB database, daily reports, and general office task as needed.

Role and Responsibilities

•    Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details 
•    Prepares & sends dealer invoices and post to Bill & Pay system 
•    Maintains and updates customer records in accounting system and CRM
•    Compiles data on competitor products along with new product research
•    Process incoming orders for e-commerce
•    Checks dealers websites to make sure in compliance with company brand quality along with checking stock levels
•    Makes out bound calls to existing dealer base to check stock levels 
•    Assist with entering orders into CRM System
•    Prospecting for new dealers
•    Performs general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
•    Perform all other office tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

HS Diploma 
2-5 years previous experience in office environment is preferred

Preferred Skills

Customer service, or other related fields that involve interaction with others
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and the ability to learn new software applications
Ability to prioritize and multitask 
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
